Conlon Birrell

The Stanley terrace residence in Taringa Brisbane is currently under construction.  This landscape design holistically embraces the architectural brilliance of Loucas Zahos Architects.  The design completely controls the experience and involves a ‘ying’ of the existing and a ‘yang’ of the new. The design embraces the natural sloping landform of the site, creating an experience which begins at the upper street level and shifts down through a series of slopes and terraces.  The shifting landscape intensifies the experience of the hardscape elements that extend from the house.
