The Ryan Avenue residence in Balmoral Brisbane is currently under construction.  The four story residence is fringed by large cantilevered concrete balconies that step down and protrude from the steep site toward breathtaking views of Brisbane city.  The landscape consumes the house with climbing and cascading, floors walls and canopies of greenery.  The most important aspect of the design is the treatment of space and the harmony between man and nature.
